It's a quality workbook that will remain useful for quite some time. The labs are straight forward in terms of explanation and practicality in the field of archaeology. In addition, they can be completed several times with endless room for improvement and better understanding. I would suggest it to students and instructors alike.

Have a sense of humor

You definitely need to think outside the box to do these exercises. But isn't that what archaeology is all about? The author has a sense of humor, so keep that in mind when reading.
