The images are also a good help to have an idea about posture

Essential book for those into the Persian/Indian clubs or physical culture in general. This book has quite a bit of information about the tools, exercises and most interestingly, the culture and history of Persian physical culture. I believe it all applies to all of the later systems as well. There are many videos and books starting to become available about this sort of discipline, but here you will find historically accurate exercises presented in the ways in which you will perform correctly in order to not hurt yourself. The images are also a good help to have an idea about posture. I believe it is useful to have an instructor, but this book will definitely help you to a good start. Happy clubbing!
