Not bad for a text book.

Written from a business perspective (not technical). Good source of information for manager trying to keep up with the changing environment. Analysis of multinational corporations dealing with problems, selecting from alternative solutions and expected results vs. actual results. I had to read it for a CIS class but I it wasn't painful to read like most textbooks.
