Great for self study!

This is an excellent book for self study. It does an amazing job illustrating the multitude of chemical processes that are at play in the atmosphere, lithosphere, and hydrosphere. The problems at the end of each chapter are really there to help one master the theoretical applications of envrion chem, and may be difficult to work out on your own. Otherwise this is a great book if you just want to ascertain a greater understanding.

Useful Textbook, Easy Read, Good Information.

This book was used for my upper level Environmental Chemistry class for my bachelor's degree. The text in this book was very clear and topics were easy to understand. The author did an excellent job blending science with readability. The book arrived on time and in excellent condition. I did not trade it back in or sell back at school. I now use it as a reference in the environmental testing industry.

This is a great book!

I am no Chemist. I actually bought this book for my Russian friend from Moscow that I will meet up with this summer. I must admit. One of my books I bought went to the wrong address, so I bought this book from this seller. This book look so new and smelt so new!! I will have to disgard the other book from the other seller, and keep this book! The book came quickly, the seller was very kind. This book is new and everything is intact. I am sure my friend will be very happy!
